What this site collects
Nothing, directly. There is no contact form, no newsletter signup, no analytics script, no tracking pixel, no embedded third-party content, and no cookie of any kind. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page does not disclose your IP address to anyone but the host.
The hosting provider processes standard server request data — IP address, timestamp, requested resource, user agent — for the purpose of delivering the site and protecting it from abuse. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
If you email
When you write to info@delvant.eu, the content of your message and your contact details are processed in order to respond and, where relevant, to take steps prior to entering into a contract — Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, and Art. 6(1)(f) for general correspondence.
Correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with the matter and to meet statutory record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within twelve months.
Email is handled by a mail provider acting as processor under a data processing agreement. Messages are not used for marketing and are not shared with anyone else except where required by law.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest. Write to info@delvant.eu.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, Hraniná 12, 820 07 Bratislava.
Changes
If a contact form, analytics or any other data-collecting feature is added to this site, this notice will be updated before that feature goes live.
